Police have laid charges over offending allegedly involving a group of young people on Auckland’s North Shore in the past month.
Operation Jacaranda began as an investigation into an aggravated robbery in Takapuna on 22 August and has since identified further offences.
Inspector Aron McKeown, Waitematā East Area Commander says a dedicated team of detectives have undertaken a complex investigation involving multiple victims, several suspects, and extensive enquiries.
Police are appealing to the public for sightings of Sahana, reported missing from Wellington.
Sahana was last seen boarding the number 14 bus from Cecil Road, Wadestown on Tuesday 15 September.
It is believed she might be in the Lambton Quay or Courtney Place area, but enquiries so far haven’t located her.
Sahana was last wearing blue jeans, grey hoodie and a black puffer jacket, is of slight build and 167cm tall.
Police and her family have concerns for her welfare and would like to see her return home.
