The four recruits of New Zealand Police’s first Accelerated Policing Course will be celebrated this Thursday 30 July as they graduate alongside recruit Wing 398.
The former Australian officers previously worked for Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia Police services. They will be deployed to Eastern, Central and Wellington District.

At around 3.25am, Police units were notified of a stolen vehicle detected exiting the Southern Motorway (SH1) at Redoubt Road.
Inspector Rod Honan, Counties Manukau East Area Commander, says the vehicle began speeding through the Manukau area.
